Armed brawl in Denizli: 2 dead, 1 injured
Guns and knives were drawn during a fight between two groups in the Pamukkale district of Denizli. Two people lost their lives, and one person was injured.

Mehmet Demirkaya, who was sitting with friends at a restaurant that was closed for renovations in the Pamukkale district of Denizli, got into an argument with individuals who approached them around 03:00 for reasons yet unknown.
The fight escalated rapidly, with guns and knives being drawn. Upon reports from bystanders, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. It was determined that Mehmet Demirkaya, who was shot in the back, died at the scene. Two injured individuals were taken to Pamukkale University Hospital by ambulance.
4 PEOPLE IN CUSTODY
During the investigation at the scene, more than 20 empty shell casings, as well as a handgun and a knife, were found. Teams took 4 people identified as being involved in the incident into custody. Mehmet Demirkaya's body was taken to the morgue of the Pamukkale University Hospital Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy.
