Arrest request for 9 people in 'Narin' murder case: Father Güran released
The 12-hour prosecutor's interrogation of 22 suspects detained in connection with the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran in Diyarbakır has been completed. The suspects were referred to the Duty Magistrate's Court. It was learned that an arrest was requested for 9 of the individuals in custody.

The prosecutor's interrogation of 22 suspects has been completed as part of the investigation conducted by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran, who went missing on August 21 and whose lifeless body was found in a stream on September 8.
As part of the investigation, on September 8, the day Narin's body was found, those detained included Narin's father Arif Güran (44), mother Yüksel Güran (44), brother E.G. (18), uncles Ö.F.G. (29), B.G. (37), F.G. (42), K.G. (31), M.G. (40), H.İ.G., cousins U.G. (24) and O.G. (23), cousins M.G. (15) and B.G. (19), cousin's son D.G. (22), aunts-in-law M.G. (46) and M.G. (39), aunt A.K. (40), uncle-in-law M.Ş., Salim Güran's employees Ö.Y and M.S. (40) along with the employee's 15-year-old son, as well as M.K. (23) and one person whose name could not be learned.
The suspects, whose interrogations at the gendarmerie were completed, were brought to the Diyarbakır Courthouse at 06:00 this morning. The suspects, whose 12-hour prosecutor's interrogation was completed, were referred to the Duty Magistrate's Court.
In the Narin murder investigation in Diyarbakır, 9 people were referred to the court with a request for arrest, while 13 people were released, 3 of them under judicial control.
Among those referred with a request for arrest are mother Yüksel Güran and brother Enes Güran. Father Arif Güran was released.
