The Council of Forensic Medicine (ATK) has completed its report regarding the health condition of talent manager Ayşe Barım.

In its ruling, the Istanbul 27th High Criminal Court stated that the report prepared by the Council of Forensic Medicine (ATK) on October 22 had been sent to the court for evaluation.

The ruling noted that the ATK report stated that Barım is continuing her treatment under hospital conditions, that according to the current documents in the file she must continue her treatment in hospital conditions, and that remaining in prison conditions is not suitable for her health.

The court's decision also mentioned that the report stated that a re-evaluation could be made regarding certain issues after Barım is sent to the ATK for examination in one month, along with certain tests showing her latest status.

The ruling stated that since it is foreseen that the judicial control measures intended to be applied by the principal court at this stage would be sufficient and beneficial for Barım, the arrest warrant issued for the defendant has been lifted.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Talent manager Ayşe Barım, the owner of ID İletişim, who was arrested and sent to prison on January 27, was released at the hearing held on October 1, and a house arrest decision was issued for her.

While the prosecutor's office objected to Barım's release, and despite the 26th High Criminal Court rejecting the objection, the Istanbul 27th High Criminal Court had issued a new arrest warrant for Barım.

Barım, who fell ill at her home on the same day and was taken to the hospital, learned of the re-arrest warrant while in the hospital, and her doctors did not permit her to be sent to prison.
