Giving his statement to the prosecutor's office following his arrest, Haluk Levent stated that the allegations in the file do not reflect the truth.

HE RESPONDED TO ALLEGATIONS REGARDING THE ASSOCIATION'S FINANCIAL STRUCTURE

According to the report by journalist Emrullah Erdinç, answering questions regarding the financial structure of the AHBAP Association and the use of donations in the first investigation, Levent said, "I did not touch a single penny of the association. I did not use the association's assets for my personal benefit."

Regarding the allegations concerning money movements of approximately 80 million TL, he used the expressions, "An operation of perception and conspiracy was carried out over 80 million TL."

ALLEGATIONS OF REAL ESTATE TRANSFERS WERE ALSO ASKED

Within the scope of the second investigation, Haluk Levent was questioned about allegations regarding multi-million dollar real estate transfers and money movements.

In his defense regarding the allegation of a 60 million dollar real estate transfer, Levent said, "The subject of the investigation consists solely of a debt-credit relationship. I did not commit a crime, I am innocent."

Levent's lawyer stated that they do not accept the allegations that the real estate is worth 60 million dollars, adding that the sales transactions were carried out with the free will of the parties.
