"The objection filed by the prosecutor's office against the release decision issued by the Anatolian 17th High Criminal Court regarding our client Alaattin Köseler has been accepted by the Anatolian 18th High Criminal Court, and a re-arrest decision has been issued.

This decision, made less than 24 hours after his release, has deeply wounded us and all the people of Beykoz. We are following this process while standing by the Republic of Turkey and trusting its justice mechanism.

We have absolute trust that justice will be fully served in the final decision."
