Assets of Alihan Kuriş and his family revealed: 191 properties identified

In an investigation coordinated by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was reported that 191 real estate properties were found registered under the names of Alihan Kuriş and his family. Meanwhile, members of the Süleymancılar community gathered at the Millet Garden in Ankara to protest following the operation conducted against the group.

In an investigation conducted under the coordination of the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the "Alihan Kuriş Criminal Organization," a list of properties registered under the Kuriş family's name has emerged. In the land registry records examined as part of the investigation, it was determined that there are a total of 191 real estate properties registered under the names of family members.

According to reports by Sabah, the majority of the properties are registered under the name of Alihan Kuriş's mother, Ayşe Gülderen Kuriş. While 138 properties were identified under the name of Ayşe Gülderen Kuriş, it was reported that 26 properties were found under the name of the late father, Mahmut Sabri Kuriş. The list includes 14 properties under the name of Alihan Kuriş and 13 properties under the name of Hilmi Tuna Kuriş.

PROPERTIES IN ISTANBUL AND SAKARYA DRAW ATTENTION

Among the examined properties are residences, plots of land, and structures in the Kadıköy and Üsküdar districts of Istanbul, as well as large fields, offices, and commercial properties in Sakarya. Duplex residences and apartments in Erenköy, Kadıköy; and a wooden house spread over a large area, along with apartment and land records in Altunizade, Üsküdar, were highlighted as notable properties on the list.

In Sakarya, records of fields, plots of land, a wooden house with a barn, and a three-story reinforced concrete office and commercial building in the Serdivan, Erenler, and Adapazarı Tekeler neighborhoods were included in the file. It was reported that the surface area of some of these properties reaches tens of thousands of square meters.

It was stated that investigative units are continuing a multi-faceted examination of the acquisition processes of the identified properties and the financial movements related to these assets. It is stated that the findings in the file will be evaluated together with financial records and land registry movements in the later stages of the ongoing investigation.

On the other hand, activity has begun among the Süleymancılar following the operations. Dozens of people have started to gather at the Millet Garden in Ankara. As the crowd grows, numerous police teams have been dispatched to the scene.
