Attention Istanbul residents! Governor's Office sets the time: These roads will be closed to traffic

The Istanbul Governor's Office has announced in a written statement that certain roads will be closed to traffic as part of the "July 15 Martyrs' Homeland Run", which will be held on the 9th anniversary of the July 15 treacherous coup attempt.

The statement included the following: "As of 13:00 until the end of the program, the roads that will be closed to traffic are: the section starting from the intersection of Güzeltepe Street and Çengelköy Street up to the Beylerbeyi Junction, Çengelköy Street in the direction of Üsküdar, Yalıboyu Street, Abdullahağa Street, and all roads connecting to these streets, as well as the access from Beylerbeyi Junction to the July 15 Martyrs Bridge."

The Governor's Office also listed the alternative routes that drivers can use as follows: "The direction of Beykoz and Bosna Boulevard via Abdullahağa Street and Yalıboyu Street, the direction of Beykoz and Bosna Boulevard from Çengelköy Street, Beylerbeyi Küplüce Road, Beylerbeyi Çamlıca Street, and Güzeltepe Street."
