Attention Istanbul residents: Storm warning issued

The Istanbul Governor's Office has issued a warning to be cautious against a storm expected to be effective in the Sea of Marmara starting from tomorrow afternoon.

In the statement made by the Governor's Office, it was reported that according to the assessments of the General Directorate of Meteorology, the wind in the Sea of Marmara is expected to blow as a storm from the south and southwest directions at a force of 6 to 8 (50-75 km/h) starting from tomorrow afternoon.

The statement, which reported that the storm is expected to lose its effect in the early hours of Monday, January 8, included a warning to be careful and take precautions.
