Attention Istanbul residents: These roads are closed to traffic today
Due to a cycling race held in Istanbul, the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge (FSM) has been closed to traffic in the direction of the Anatolian Side.

The official amateur road cycling series of the Tour de France, L'Étape Türkiye by Tour de France, is being held in Istanbul this year.
The race, now in its 112th edition, began in the morning at the Beykoz Sports Forest. Athletes are pedaling along a challenging course that stretches between the Anatolian and European sides.
WHEN WILL IT REOPEN TO TRAFFIC?
As part of the event, the Anatolian-bound direction of the FSM Bridge was closed to traffic as of 08:00. The bridge is expected to reopen to traffic at 12:00.
CLOSED TO TRAFFIC
Due to the cycling race, the Kavacık exit for traffic moving from the Anatolian Side to the European Side has been closed in a controlled manner by traffic police.
Meanwhile, Levent has been designated as an alternative route for vehicles traveling from the European Side to the Anatolian Side.
