The Istanbul Governor's Office announced that some roads will be closed to traffic on Sunday, April 28, as part of the 59th Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey.
The statement from the Istanbul Governor's Office indicated that due to the Istanbul stage of the 59th Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey on Sunday, April 28, some roads will be closed to traffic and alternative routes have been established.
It was also announced that some roads will be closed at 07:00, some at 08:00, and others at 09:00.

Between Beşiktaş Square and the Zincirlikuyu D-100 South junction
Between Çatladıkapı traffic lights and Sultanahmet Square
Üçler Street and the streets and avenues connecting to it
Tavukhane Street
Nakilbent Street and the streets and avenues connecting to it
Aksakal Street and the streets and avenues connecting to it
Kısıklı Street, access to the D-100 Highway South Road via the Altunizade Bridge
Kuşbakışı Street, access to the D-100 Highway South from in front of Petrol-İş
Mahir İz Street, access to the D-100 Highway South Road via the Altunizade Bridge
Tophanelioğlu Street, access to the D-100 Highway South road

The section between the Dolmabahçe Gazhane Street intersection and Süleyman Seba Street will be closed to vehicle traffic in one direction towards Beşiktaş.
Beşiktaş Street
The section between the Süleyman Seba Street intersection and Çırağan Street will be closed to vehicle traffic in one direction towards Ortaköy.
