According to a report by Altan Sancar from Politikyol; the luxury apartment where Kaplan resided in Ankara was put up for sale in recent days.

According to an advertisement posted on a website on May 12, 2024, the ultra-luxury triplex apartment consists of 750 gross square meters.

According to records, the apartment in question, which the Kaplan family registered in 2022, is located in one of the most luxurious areas of Ankara. While it was reported that the apartment has five bathrooms in addition to a Turkish bath and a sauna, it was observed that the apartment consists of 7+2 rooms.

Photos of the apartment were also included in the listing, showcasing its ultra-luxury features. The price requested for the apartment in question has been set at 41 million Turkish liras.
