Ayşe Ateş shared a photo taken during her visit to President Erdoğan on her social media account and expressed her reaction to the non-prosecution decision issued in the second investigation regarding the murder of her husband, Sinan Ateş.

Ayşe Ateş reminded that with this non-prosecution decision, her husband's killers have been left free, and claimed that the security details assigned to her would now be insufficient to ensure their safety.

Ateş used the following expressions:

To the public:

According to the judicial decision that just reached me, a non-prosecution decision has been issued for all suspects in the second investigation file, for which we were expecting an indictment to be prepared.

With this decision, questions such as why Sinan Ateş was murdered and who gave the order for his murder have remained unanswered.

While normal lives are gifted to blood-handed instigators, it was deemed appropriate for me and my two daughters to live under a lifetime death threat.

I would like to address our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, from here:

Mr. President, the two armed close protection officers you assigned to me no longer have any meaning. Those who had Sinan Ateş murdered one kilometer away from your office, what would they not do to Ayşe Ateş and her two daughters with the courage they have received from this point on.

Even if you gave us an army, not just two guards, you could not stop them.

My daughters and I take refuge first in Almighty Allah, and then in the conscience, compassion, and kindness of our dear nation.
