Ayşe Ateş rebels against those targeting her! 'I will hold you all accountable'

Ayşe Ateş, the wife of former Idealist Hearths (Ülkü Ocakları) President Sinan Ateş, who was assassinated in Ankara, has rebelled against those targeting her on social media.

Ayşe Ateş, the wife of the former Idealist Hearths President, reacted to a post made by an account named 'Milliyetçi Köken' (Nationalist Origin). The social media user shared a scene from Kemal Sunal’s film 'Bombacı Mülayim' with the note: “Did you know? Ayşe Ateş is receiving free money from the IYI Party. What do you think she is doing in return? A) The task of smearing the MHP B) Plastic surgery C) Expertise in lying.”

Ayşe Ateş responded harshly to the person who made the post, stating: “Such a despicable, low-level community. Look at the video below. A crowd that cannot express itself without swearing, insults, and threats, that does not know the difference between a file and an indictment, that has been chewing on the same lies like gum for 18 months, that gets sad on command, rejoices on command, and expresses opinions on command… Remnants of beings who have turned to misogyny after a troubled childhood. All their delusions and indigestion stem from the fact that they have not been able to make a woman kneel before them, and have not been able to see any signs of kneeling in a woman. They will sooner or later face the reality that there is no such definition as ‘an elite mass with the freedom to commit crimes’ in law books.”

The account in question deleted its post following the backlash to Ayşe Ateş's response. Ateş, however, shared the video herself and added the following note:

“Enough, damn it, enough! I’ve been crying since this morning, enough! Enough is enough! What do you want from us? Why do you stoop so low as to slander the honor of a woman seeking justice for her husband? You don’t even have the backbone to stand behind what you post. Where do you plan to end up by crawling? But there is no getting away with it by deleting posts. Sinan didn’t expose what you did to him, but I will expose what you have done to me. This nation will see how vile, disgusting, and low-level you are.
I will hold each and every one of you accountable before the law. The day you will be slapped by justice from both sides is not far!”
