Footage has been shared of the moment a baby was pulled alive from the rubble following an attack carried out by Israel on the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip 2 days ago.
In the footage shared by local media, rescue teams were seen pulling a baby named 'Maryam Abu Akel' alive from among the piles of debris. It was learned that the baby was taken to the hospital, that she lost her mother and one sibling in the attack, and that her father and another sibling survived.
According to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, 20 people lost their lives and 55 others were injured in the airstrike carried out on December 28.
