This time, Erzan has ended up in court with municipal police chief Hüseyin Eligül, with whom she is being tried in the same case.
According to a report by Özge Eğrikar from Hürriyet, Eligül, who claims that Seçil Erzan and Denizbank victimized him and caused him financial loss, has filed a lawsuit for 3 thousand dollars in compensation.
In the petition submitted to the Civil Court of First Instance, Hüseyin Eligül alleged that he was victimized and suffered losses due to the criminal transactions and actions of Seçil Erzan.
