It was determined that a criminal organization had gained trust by selling vehicles put up for auction by official institutions and organizations at low prices, and had collected money by taking vehicle orders through this method. It was later determined that the victims were not refunded on the grounds that there was a problem with the tender, and that the vehicles were not delivered.

Police teams also determined that social media influencers Nihal and Bahar Candan, who became known through a fashion program they participated in, were laundering the money of the aforementioned gang. Following this, Nihal and Bahar Candan, along with Hacı İsrafil Sağlam, were taken into custody in an operation.
The police interrogations of sisters Nihal and Bahar Candan have been completed. It was learned that the influencer sisters did not accept the accusations. After their interrogations, the Candan sisters were arrested at the courthouse to which they were referred.
