The full text of Bahçeli's statement is as follows:

"At a time when internal peace, security, and an environment of tranquility are strengthening alongside the goal of a 'Terror-Free Turkey,' a new bloody provocation by the ISIS terrorist organization, the puppet organization of Zionist-Imperialist baseness and the common enemy of humanity, was staged in Yalova this morning. I express with sadness that during the operation against the ISIS terrorists, three of our heroic police officers were martyred, and eight of our police officers along with one night watchman were injured.

I pray for God's mercy upon our dear martyrs; I wish patience and condolences to their esteemed families, our Police Department, our nation, and our country.

I wish health, well-being, and a speedy recovery to our injured heroes.

No attack, assassination, or sabotage, whether domestic or foreign-sourced, will turn us back from our righteous cause and our determination for a 'Terror-Free Turkey.' The unleashing upon us of the ISIS terrorist organization, which is deployed to the field as a hired killer, by the hostile front we are well aware of, will not intimidate our country and nation, nor will it shake our national resolve and stance. It has been better understood how accurate and historic a political vision the 'Terror-Free Turkey' goal is. An uncompromising struggle will be maintained regarding the clearing of ISIS's sleeping or awake, dormant or active terrorist cells; no terrorist, no traitorous or hostile ambition will be allowed in this sacred homeland. May our nation rest assured, the root of the scourge of terrorism will be eradicated from every aspect."
