'The President's Gürlek lions' banner at Özgür Özel's Nevşehir rally: Unfurled on the building opposite the podium
A banner unfurled during the rally held by Republican People's Party (CHP) Chairman Özgür Özel in Nevşehir drew reactions from the citizens gathered in the area.

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel addressed citizens on Milli İrade Street in Nevşehir as part of the "The Nation Protects Its Will" rally.
After Özel took the podium to deliver his speech, a banner hung on a high-rise building by individuals whose identities have not yet been determined left its mark on the rally.
The banner, hung on the window of the building directly opposite the podium where Özel was speaking, read: "Özgür, this is Nevşehir. You have the shameless of Silivri. The pavilions of Uşak; we have the raids of our heroes against the enemy, the President's Gürlek lions are famous."
While the banner drew reactions from citizens in the area, no official statement has been made regarding the incident.
