MHP leader Bahçeli, in his statement to journalists at the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) last night (December 20), said regarding the DEM Party's request for an Imralı visit, "Meetings would please us. I believe the decisions will also lead to good outcomes for every person living in Turkey."
DATE SET FOR DEM PARTY'S MEETING WITH ÖCALAN
According to behind-the-scenes information reported by Sözcü TV, the government has granted permission to the DEM Party for Imralı. It has been learned that Sırrı Süreyya Önder and Pervin Buldan will meet with Öcalan within the coming week.
On the other hand, according to sources within the DEM Party, the meeting between Öcalan and DEM Party members in Imralı will not be limited to a single instance. It is expected that delegations to be formed after Önder and Buldan will visit Imralı one after another to meet with Öcalan.
