Bilal Erdoğan sings at TÜGVA event: 'Good for you!'

Speaking at the TÜGVA İzmir Summer Schools Final Program, Bilal Erdoğan made remarks regarding the "Century of Turkey" goal and global conflicts. Following his speech, Erdoğan performed the song "Kardan Aydınlık." After finishing the song, Bilal Erdoğan addressed the attendees, saying, "Good for you."

Bilal Erdoğan, son of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and a member of the High Advisory Board of the Turkey Youth Foundation (TÜGVA), attended the TÜGVA İzmir Summer Schools Final Program held at the Ephesus Ancient City.

Delivering a speech at the program, Erdoğan made assessments regarding Turkey's second century and also sang the song "Kardan Aydınlık" during the event.

"OUR PRESIDENT HAS PAVED A WAY FOR US"

Bilal Erdoğan spoke about the second century of the Republic, which the government characterizes as the "Century of Turkey." Stating that his father, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, has paved a way in line with this goal, he said:

"Therefore, if we want to hold onto these lands for another thousand years, our President has paved a way for us. He named it the Century of Turkey. If we are to walk with strong steps toward our President's Century of Turkey goal, we must first embrace the values that made these lands our homeland. Our TÜGVA reminded 700 thousand of our youth of these values in these summer schools. While reminding them of these values, all our brothers and sisters who participated also had a good time."

"WE WILL CONTINUE TO SING OUR SONG"

In the continuation of his speech, Erdoğan touched upon the war in Gaza and the Russia-Ukraine War. Stating that they will continue to sing their song while conflicts continue in the world, Erdoğan said:

"Every passing summer, the Turkey Youth Foundation will continue to reach more young brothers and sisters, more of our children. Until the Century of Turkey goal ceases to be a utopia and becomes a realized reality for us. Therefore, amidst all these global upheavals, while genocide is happening in Gaza, while the Ukraine-Russia War continues, while the America/Israel-Iran conflict continues, and while unrest seems to be increasing all over the world, we will continue to sing our song."

Following the program, Bilal Erdoğan performed the song "Kardan Aydınlık."
