Bilecik province attached to Eskişehir for administrative and tax courts
A decision by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) regarding the removal of Bilecik province from the Sakarya judicial district for administrative and tax courts and its attachment to the Eskişehir Administrative and Tax Courts district has been published in the Official Gazette.

With the HSK decision published in the Official Gazette, the request from the Ministry of Justice General Directorate of Personnel to remove Bilecik province from the Sakarya judicial district for administrative and tax courts and attach it to the Eskişehir Administrative and Tax Courts district was discussed in the general assembly.
The request was accepted, taking into account Bilecik's geographical location, workload, and proximity to Eskişehir.
The decision will begin to be implemented as of November 11.
