Accordingly, those who were dismissed from the General Directorate of Security's education and training institutions on the grounds that they did not meet the health requirements for entry, but who subsequently graduated by continuing their education and training based on a court decision and were appointed to the Police Services Class as police officers or police supervisors, but were later dismissed from civil service due to a court decision based on health reasons, will be appointed to titles suitable for their status in the General Administrative Services Class if they apply to the General Directorate of Security within six months from the date this article enters into force. Appointments made under this article will be subject to the conditions in Article 48 of Law No. 657 and the health requirements determined for appointments to be made from outside to service classes other than the Police Services Class.

Those engaged in passenger transport activities by taxi who determine and document their entire revenue from these activities using the mandatory taxi fiscal device, without the use of electronic fare collection systems, will also be taxed on their determined earnings upon request. Those falling under this scope will be able to benefit from the revenue-based earnings determination method for a maximum period of three years, starting from the beginning of the year following the request date.

Earnings arising from the disposal of commercial license plates belonging to taxis, dolmuş, minibuses, and public service vehicles owned by income tax payers whose commercial earnings are taxed under the actual method before the effective date of this article will be exempt from income tax.

The qualifications and duties of internet news sites that receive official announcements and advertisements or are within the waiting period will be determined by the General Assembly of the Press Advertising Agency in terms of the number of news items, content, staff, number of readers, minimum publication duration, and other aspects deemed appropriate.

Publication principles for newspapers, magazines, and internet news sites are being established. Decisions will be made to apply sanctions such as content removal and the suspension of official announcements and/or advertisements for a period ranging from one to ten days.

Disciplinary penalties for Central Bank personnel are being determined. Corporate tax payers, income tax payers whose commercial, agricultural, and professional earnings are taxed under the actual method, collective companies, and ordinary limited partnerships, as well as natural persons and legal entities, and entities without legal personality in whose name registration is made for the first acquisition of goods subject to registration and recording listed in the special consumption tax list no. 2, will be required to use the electronic notification system established by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
