Bizarre theft in Çatalca: 5 houses stolen along with their pools

In Çatalca, the houses of citizens who purchased 5 bungalows were stolen along with their pools. According to allegations, due to a financial dispute between the person who built the bungalows and one of the homeowners, the creditor stole the houses along with their pools.

The land, where only gravel remains from the bungalows, was filmed from the air.

The incident occurred in a 5-bungalow project with pools located in the Akalan neighborhood of Çatalca.

Shortly after the landscaping was completed, the bungalows were planned and sold as a vacation site module. The 5 neighbors living in the site moved their belongings into their homes and arranged their gardens according to their own preferences.

The bungalows began to be used by the homeowners as summer houses on weekends and during their free time.

According to the allegations, one of the neighbors among the owners of these 5 bungalows, a person named Yahya Kemal Yaman, argued with the person who built the site due to a financial dispute.

The creditor, Yahya Kemal Yaman, stole the 5 bungalows along with their pools one night. The homeowners were shocked when they went to the bungalows a few days after the incident.

Seeing that only gravel remained where their houses once stood, the homeowners reported the incident to the gendarmerie.

While the gendarmerie teams arriving at the scene continue their investigation into the theft, the homeowners are struggling to explain the situation they are facing. The empty land left behind after the 5 bungalows were taken was filmed from the air.

"THEY BROUGHT CRANES AND TRUCKS..."

Describing the situation they experienced, one of the homeowners, Enis Onat, said, "I bought this place about a year ago. This was a boutique site with five houses, and it was a very beautiful concept. One day, one of our neighbors called me and said the houses had been dismantled. When we came and looked, we saw that even the plumbing for the pools had been stolen. The biggest reason we bought these houses was that they had door numbers; having a door number meant they were official. Just as you have a house in the city, you could think of this place in the same way. They brought cranes and trucks here and stole them in this manner. One of the people who did this is one of the shareholders here. We found him. He told us that he had a financial problem with the person who built the houses. We filed a complaint, and we hope for a quick resolution. Every passing moment means an increased possibility that our houses and other belongings will disappear completely."

"I WAS SHOCKED, NOTHING WAS LEFT"

Another homeowner, Cahit Üçüncü, stated, "I was the owner of one of the residences here. We heard about it first and bought it. We liked it. It was a very nice area within a site where landscaping had been done. When we called to meet our other neighbors, we learned that nothing was left here. I was shocked when I saw it; nothing was left. We went to the gendarmerie and filed a complaint, and we are currently waiting."
