Board members at Ziraat Bank have been determined
Ziraat Bank held its 2024 ordinary general assembly meeting.

According to the statement made by the bank to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the members of the board of directors and the board of auditors were determined at Ziraat Bank's ordinary general assembly meeting.
Accordingly, Burhaneddin Tanyeri, Veysi Kaynak, Alpaslan Çakar, Fazlı Kılıç, Serdar Kılıç, Serruh Kaleli, Abdullah Erdem Cantimur, and Fatih Aydoğan were elected to the board of directors.
Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Çolak and Yakup Tekin were appointed as members of the board of auditors.
The aforementioned board members were elected for a 3-year term.
