Bodies of 20 of the 29 people who lost their lives in the Beşiktaş fire have been released: Funeral schedules for some have been announced

29 people lost their lives in a fire that broke out at a nightclub in Beşiktaş's Gayrettepe district. The bodies of 20 of those who died at the venue named "Masquerade" have been released to their families. Funeral schedules for some of the victims have been announced.

In the investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the fire that broke out during renovations at the Masquerade nightclub, located on the -1 floor of a 16-story building on Gönenoğlu Street in the Esentepe neighborhood of Yıldız Posta Avenue in Gayrettepe, 8 people have been detained, including the responsible manager, 2 business partners, an accountant, the operations manager, and the person in charge of metal works related to the renovations. 

The bodies of 20 of the 29 people who lost their lives in the fire have been released to their families. Funeral schedules for many of them have been announced.
