Body after body found in Istanbul in 20 days

The incident occurred in the evening hours in the Cebeci neighborhood of Sultangazi.

According to the information obtained, citizens reported the situation to police and medical teams after noticing foul odors coming from the wooded area.

Police teams arriving at the scene conducted a search in the forest for some time. As a result of the search, police and medical teams discovered a male body in the wooded area.

Following a detailed investigation by police teams at the scene, it was determined that the body belonged to Ahmet Topuz.

Topuz's lifeless body was transported to the Yenibosna Forensic Medicine morgue by a funeral vehicle after the examinations.

It was learned that Ahmet Topuz, whose body was found in the wooded area, had gone missing on June 12 and that his family had participated in a television program some time ago to find him. Police teams have launched an investigation into the incident.

The body of 23-year-old Erva Raziye Asar, who was said to have left home to look for work, was found at a construction site on the 12th. Police conducting an investigation at the scene determined that the body had been dismembered into 6 pieces. Fetih Dağlı (43), who was detained as a murder suspect, was referred to the courthouse after his procedures at the police station. It was revealed that the detained suspect had previously been imprisoned for another murder and had been released on probation.

BODY UNDER VIADUCT

Passersby who saw a person lying motionless under the Rıdvan Dedeoğlu Viaduct on 3004 Street in the Yenişehir neighborhood in the morning hours had notified the police. Checks performed by medical teams determined that the person lying on the ground was Kemal Aydın (40).

Eyewitness Ertuğrul Geçit had stated, "I was going to work in the morning. While passing by, I saw someone lying motionless in the creek. I called the police and medical teams. I do not know him."
