The indictment lists 26 people as suspects, including Istanbul Provincial Chair Özgür Çelik, his brother Özkan Çelik, Istanbul Provincial Vice Chair Ali Kocakaya, CHP Istanbul Provincial Youth Branch Chair Erdem Kara, his deputy Ozan Temürlenk, CHP Provincial Secretary Advisor Yılmaz Boyraz, CHP Sultangazi District Chair Kemal Avseren, Maltepe District Chair Kenan Otlu, Maltepe Municipal Council Member Yusuf Alperen Yurdudeven, Esenyurt Municipal Council Member Canali Tan, and Kartal Youth Branch Chair Kazım Caner Boz.

Prison sentences ranging from 3 years and 7 months to 15 years and 6 months were requested for the charges of "Resisting to Prevent the Performance of Duty," "Participating in Unlawful Meetings and Marches Unarmed and Failing to Disperse Despite Warning," "Intentional Injury," and "Damaging Public Property."
