Kuriş and several other suspects face charges including managing a criminal organization for profit, qualified fraud, violation of the Tax Procedure Law, and money laundering of assets derived from crime.
A new operation was conducted in the second phase of the investigation.
Detention warrants were executed for 12 suspects in operations carried out across three cities. While 11 of the suspects have been apprehended, it was reported that efforts to capture the remaining individual are continuing.
