Out of 52 people detained in the 2nd wave operation against the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), 4 have been released under judicial control.

In the second wave of investigations launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the IMM regarding allegations of terrorism and corruption, 52 out of 53 people for whom detention warrants were issued were taken into custody.
The 52 individuals, including a large number of high-level executives, were referred to the courthouse following their processing at the police station.
According to the latest information obtained, the 4 individuals referred to the courthouse have been released under judicial control.
