The wave of operations targeting CHP-run municipalities continues unabated. This morning, a new operation was conducted as part of an investigation led by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM). In the 8th wave of operations against the IMM, 13 out of 14 individuals for whom detention warrants were issued have been taken into custody.
Following the operation against the IMM, another operation was carried out against the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality.
Detention warrants were issued for 17 people.
