In the case regarding the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran, the public prosecutor has submitted their opinion to the court. In the case, an aggravated life sentence has been requested for uncle Salim, mother Yüksel, brother Enes Güran, and Nevzat Bahtiyar.
In the trial where the four defendants are being tried for intentional murder by complicity, the prosecution requested that the sentences for the defendants' crimes be given at the maximum level. The court process continues in the case, which is proceeding with the request for life imprisonment.
NAHİT EREN ANNOUNCED THE DECISION
One of the lawyers for the case, former Diyarbakır Bar Association President Nahit Eren, provided information about the sentences requested by the prosecutor on his X account.
Eren shared the information, "In their opinion on the merits, the prosecution has requested that the 4 defendants be sentenced to Aggravated Life Imprisonment for the crime of intentional murder by complicity."
The Public Prosecutor has submitted their opinion on the merits to the NARİN file currently being heard at the Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court as of today.

8-year-old Narin Güran went missing on August 21 in the rural Tavşantepe neighborhood of Diyarbakır's Bağlar district, and her body was found 19 days later, on September 8, in the Eğertutmaz Stream.
