The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched the 5th wave of operations this morning regarding investigations into the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB).
Detention warrants were issued for 47 people as part of 4 separate investigations into CHP-run municipalities.
CHP RALLIES WILL NOT BE POSTPONED
While the CHP decided to hold an extraordinary meeting at its Istanbul Provincial Headquarters, the fate of the rallies the party planned to hold today and tomorrow in Düzce and Antalya became a subject of curiosity.
According to the latest information obtained, CHP leader Özgür Özel has decided not to cancel the rallies.
