The High Disciplinary Board (YDK), which resumed its duties following the "absolute nullity" ruling regarding the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress, met for the first time today.

The new administration of the board was determined at the meeting, which was opened by Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and began at 13:00.

MAHİR POLAT ELECTED AS YDK PRESIDENT

As a result of the election, Mahir Polat was appointed as the President of the CHP High Disciplinary Board.

Ahmet Ersen Özsoy was elected as Vice President, and Sezgin Kaya was elected as Secretary.

It was learned that no disciplinary files were expected to be addressed at the first meeting.

GARİP ERDOĞAN PRESIDED OVER THE FIRST MEETING

The meeting held at the CHP Headquarters was presided over by Garip Erdoğan in his capacity as the oldest member. The main agenda item of the meeting was the election of the YDK Presidency.

THE BOARD CONSISTS OF 15 FULL MEMBERS

The CHP High Disciplinary Board serves as the party's highest disciplinary body. The board consists of 15 full members.

It is expected that disciplinary processes within the party and expulsion requests will be evaluated in the upcoming meetings of the YDK.
