Manavgat Mayor Niyazi Nefi Kara and Adana Metropolitan Mayor Zeydan Karalar have been referred to court with a request for arrest. Adıyaman Mayor Abdurrahman Tutdere has been released under judicial control and house arrest conditions.

The wave of judicial actions initiated against CHP-run municipalities continues to expand. A decision has been made to refer Manavgat Mayor Niyazi Nefi Kara of Antalya and Adana Metropolitan Mayor Zeydan Karalar to court with a request for their arrest. At the same time, a decision for judicial control and house arrest was issued for Adıyaman Mayor Abdurrahman Tutdere.
Karalar and Tutdere had been detained as part of the ‘Aziz İhsan Aktaş criminal organization investigation’.
The individuals detained within the scope of three separate investigations are as follows:
