An investigation had been launched into pro-government journalist Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, who claimed that a trustee would be appointed to the CHP.
As part of the investigation initiated by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a detention warrant was issued for Kütahyalı.
It has been learned that Kütahyalı, for whom a detention warrant was issued on charges of "publicly disseminating misleading information," will have his statement taken from Istanbul via the Audio and Visual Information System (SEGBİS).

An investigation was launched into Kütahyalı due to his claims on his social media account that trustees would be appointed to the CHP and certain municipalities. Making a statement on the matter, Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç said, "A judicial investigation has been initiated by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding these posts."
