As part of an investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Terrorism Crimes Investigation Bureau, it has been decided that 13 foreign nationals, identified as members of the ISIS armed terrorist organization with links to conflict zones, will be detained as of October 28.
Meanwhile, operations to apprehend the suspects and conduct search and seizure procedures are ongoing by teams from the Ankara Provincial Police Department's Counter-Terrorism Branch.
