An earthquake occurred off the coast of the Kaş district of Antalya this morning. The Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) announced that the epicenter of the earthquake was the Mediterranean and that the tremor was recorded at 08:56. According to measurements, the magnitude of the earthquake was determined to be 4, and it was reported to have occurred at a depth of 8.28 kilometers.
It was learned that there were no negative incidents during the earthquake, which was felt slightly by citizens in the region.
Following the earthquake, the Kandilli Observatory also issued a statement, announcing the magnitude of the earthquake as 3.8.
