Breaking News: First statement from the DEM Party delegation meeting with Numan Kurtulmuş!

The parliamentary tour of DEM Party deputies Pervin Buldan and Sırrı Süreyya Önder, who recently held a meeting with terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan in Imralı, has begun.

Buldan and Önder's first visit was to Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş. The meeting between the DEM delegation and Kurtulmuş began. The meeting between Kurtulmuş and the DEM Party has concluded.

Following the meeting, Sırrı Süreyya Önder, Pervin Buldan, and Ahmet Türk made a statement to the press.

In the statement made, it was said, "The meeting was positive, we are hopeful." Sırrı Süreyya Önder pointed to Monday for the meetings to be held with the CHP and the AKP.

NEXT MEETING WITH BAHÇELİ

The next destination for the DEM delegation after their meeting with Kurtulmuş will be MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli. The DEM deputies will hold a meeting with Bahçeli at 15:00.

The DEM Party delegation is beginning its tour of the Parliament following their recent meeting with PKK terrorist organization leader Abdullah Öcalan. The first visit is with Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş, and the second visit will be with MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli.

Our Deputy Speaker of Parliament Sırrı Süreyya Önder and our Deputy Pervin Buldan, who met with Mr. Abdullah Öcalan in Imralı on December 28, are beginning their tour of meetings with political parties represented in Parliament, as they previously announced. Following the Imralı visit, the delegation first informed our Co-Chairs Tülay Hatimoğulları and Tuncer Bakırhan about the developments. The delegation, which will also include Kurdish politician Ahmet Türk, will meet with Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş and MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli today.

After completing their visits to political parties in Parliament, the delegation consisting of Buldan, Önder, and Türk will also visit various social circles, including NGOs, unions, and labor and professional organizations.
