Breaking News: IMM indictment accepted
The Istanbul 40th High Criminal Court has accepted the IMM indictment.

The 3,900-page IMM indictment, prepared against a total of 407 people, including 105 detainees and 5 complainants/suspects, among whom is IMM Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, was submitted to the court on November 11.
The IMM indictment was accepted by the Istanbul 40th High Criminal Court and the case has been opened.
Making a statement on the matter, lawyer Hüseyin Ersöz said, "The indictment prepared in the investigation known to the public as the 'IMM Case' had been submitted to the Istanbul 40th High Criminal Court. The court accepted the indictment today, but the preliminary proceedings report has not yet been issued. The preliminary decisions regarding the trial date and detention review will be made in the coming days."
