Netanyahu suggested that the attacks on Iran could have not only military but also political consequences. In his statement, he said, “Tehran is burning. We are determined to complete the mission. Israel's strikes targeting the Iranian leadership could make regime change in Iran possible.”
Stating that Israeli intelligence has determined that Iran is attempting to transfer nuclear technology to the Houthis, Netanyahu added, “The head of the Revolutionary Guards Intelligence in Tehran and his deputy have been neutralized.”
NUCLEAR FACILITIES TARGETED
Netanyahu's statements also included the claim that the nuclear reactor in Isfahan had been destroyed. It was emphasized that the facility in question played a critical role in Iran's capacity to develop nuclear weapons. It was stated that Israel would continue its operations against Iran's nuclear program and ballistic missile threats.
