Breaking News: New call from Devlet Bahçeli to terrorist leader Öcalan!

The new legislative year in the TBMM officially began as of October 1. Political party leaders will speak at their group meetings this week.

In this direction, the first group meeting was held by Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli.

Bahçeli's statements are as follows:

"By putting forward flimsy excuses, the CHP, which has moved to a higher phase of disrespect for the will of our beloved nation in addition to its intolerance for our President's speech, has once again missed the mark.

The fact that the party chairmen who attended the invitation of TBMM Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş sat side by side immediately after the special session held on the occasion of the opening of the Parliament on October 1, 2025, has truly given our nation hope. The aspirations of the national will were reflected in the single frame photo formed by both the government and the opposition. Once every party, every deputy, and every politician meets on the common denominator of love for Turkey, there is no problem we cannot overcome.

"HAMAS IS NOT A TERRORIST ORGANIZATION"

NEW CALL TO TERRORIST LEADER ÖCALAN

The founding leader of the PKK has taken responsibility. The PKK laid down its arms on May 12 and dissolved its organizational existence. On July 11, a group of PKK members burned their weapons.

However, the YPG in the northeast of Syria has not yet laid down its arms and has not complied with the February 27 Imralı call. Yet, the call from Imralı covers all components of separatist terror, as well as the PKK. At least that is what we understand.

My expectation is this: the founding leadership of the PKK should make a call to the SDF and YPG, demanding compliance with the agreement signed with the Damascus administration on March 10.
