A red notice has been issued for Murat Gülibrahimoğlu as part of the investigation into the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM). Previously, a red notice had also been issued for Emrah Bağdatlı, an assistant to IMM Medya A.Ş. Board Chairman Murat Ongun.

A new development has occurred in the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the IMM.
According to the information obtained, following Emrah Bağdatlı, who is stated to be an advisor to IMM Medya AŞ Board Chairman Murat Ongun, a red notice has also been issued for businessman Murat Gülibrahimoğlu.
TRUSTEES HAD BEEN APPOINTED TO HIS COMPANIES
The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office had requested the appointment of trustees to the seized companies of the fugitive businessman Murat Gülibrahimoğlu as part of the investigation.
The Istanbul Criminal Court of Peace had decided to appoint trustees to the suspect's companies in line with the request.
HIS ASSETS HAD BEEN SEIZED
It was determined that the fugitive suspect Gülibrahimoğlu had kept the income derived from the crime in his own accounts as well as in the accounts of his first and second-degree relatives.
In order to prevent the transfer or sale of assets and the smuggling of money, gold, and other valuables in bank accounts and personal safe deposit boxes within banks, it was decided to seize Gülibrahimoğlu's company, Güney Cebeci Madencilik Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., as well as his assets, crypto assets, and bank accounts.
