COLD WEATHER WARNING FROM THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE
In its statement, the Istanbul Governor's Office announced that, according to data from the Turkish State Meteorological Service, the snowfall will decrease in intensity starting from the night hours and will leave the city as of Monday morning.
However, the Governor's Office warned that temperatures will range between -3 °C and -6 °C during the night, urging citizens to be careful and cautious, especially against icing and frost.
Authorities emphasized that drivers and pedestrians should be careful against icing and stated that necessary measures will be taken to ensure that education continues without any problems.
