The objection filed by the CHP Headquarters for the removal of the interim board decision issued by the Istanbul 45th Civil Court of First Instance as a precautionary measure has been concluded. Evaluating the file, the Regional Court of Justice rejected the CHP's request.
With this decision, Gürsel Tekin, who was appointed as the trustee to the CHP Istanbul Provincial Presidency by the court, will continue to serve in his position.
