Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç made statements to members of the press before the AKP Group Meeting.
In response to a question regarding the ECHR's decision on Selahattin Demirtaş, Tunç replied:
"(The ECHR) Chamber decision has become final. If the Chamber (ECHR) decision reaches the Ankara Regional Court of Justice 22nd Criminal Chamber, which is currently hearing the case, or if the concerned parties apply, it will be evaluated by the court. We will all have to wait for this process."
