Cabinet meets today: NATO Summit and pension payments on the agenda
Preparations for the NATO Leaders' Summit, regulations regarding the lowest pension payment, and recent developments in foreign policy will be discussed at the Cabinet Meeting to be held today.

The Presidential Cabinet will meet at the Palace under the chairmanship of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Many topics related to foreign policy, security, and the economy will be evaluated at the meeting, which will begin at 16:00.
NATO SUMMIT PREPARATIONS TO BE REVIEWED
One of the most important agenda items for the Cabinet will be the NATO Leaders' Summit to be held in Ankara on July 6-7. Preparations carried out ahead of the summit, security measures to be taken, and work to be done within the scope of the organization will be discussed.
It is also expected that the final shape will be given to the program regarding bilateral contacts to be held within the scope of the summit at the meeting.
DEVELOPMENTS IN FOREIGN POLICY TO BE EVALUATED
The ongoing negotiation process between the US and Iran will also come to the agenda in the Cabinet. In addition, the latest status of the work carried out within the scope of the second opening process called "Terror-Free Turkey" will also be evaluated.
ECONOMY ALSO ON THE TABLE
Developments related to the economy will also be discussed at the meeting. The economic picture that will emerge following the June inflation data to be announced on July 3 will be addressed by Cabinet members.
It is also foreseen that the regulatory work regarding the lowest pension payment, which is expected to come to the agenda following the inflation figures, will be evaluated at the meeting.
