Call for jihad at Hezbollah's 'Gaza' march: 'Madrasa' students at the forefront...

Associations close to Hezbollah organized marches in support of Palestine in Adana, Batman, Istanbul, Van, and Diyarbakır for 'World Jerusalem Day.' A call for 'jihad' was also made during the march held in Adana.

Hezbollah-affiliated associations carried the flag of Tawhid and chanted takbirs during the marches they organized.

The Union of Scholars and Madrasas (İttihadul Ulema) participated in the march in Diyarbakır with male and female students receiving education in their unregistered madrasas

"DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE HAMAS"

According to the report by Aytunç Ürkmez from Cumhuriyet; the march held in Istanbul by the Gaza Solidarity Platform was attended by the Prophet Lovers Platform, known as Hezbollah's organization within the Ministry of National Education, the Köklü Değişim magazine, which is the publication organ of Hizb ut-Tahrir—an organization recognized as a terrorist group by the Court of Cassation—and Özgür-Der. Mehmet Göktaş, one of the writers for the Hezbollah publication "İnzar" magazine, said, "Do not underestimate Hamas and the Al-Qassam Brigades." 

CALL FOR JIHAD IN ADANA 

Led by the Prophet Lovers Platform and with the participation of the Union of Scholars and Madrasas, the Saladin Ayyubi Institute, and the Free Jerusalem Platform, a call for jihad was made during the march held in Adana. HÜDA PAR Adana Provincial Chair Salih Demir also attended the march. 

HÜDA PAR Mersin Deputy and Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality mayoral candidate Faruk Dinç also participated in the march in Diyarbakır. In the march where female students took part wearing burqas, the joint press statement was read by Abdulmenaf Adiyaman, a member of the Prophet Lovers Platform board of directors, who is known to be a teacher at a Ministry of National Education school. 

The march in Batman was attended by Enver Kılıçarslan, Hezbollah's former official in charge of Iran and President of the Union of Scholars and Madrasas, HÜDA PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu, and Batman Deputy and Batman mayoral candidate Serkan Ramanlı. The press statement was read by Kenan Çaplık, Vice President of the Prophet Lovers Platform, who is also known to be a teacher at the Ministry of National Education.
