In the statement by the SPK, it was noted, "It has been deemed necessary to make a statement following posts by some social media accounts claiming that 'the SPK has stopped the bond issuance of companies.'

There is no such thing as the suspension of companies' bond issuances, and the claims do not reflect the truth."

The statement further conveyed that the Board concludes application files by taking into account the needs and demands of companies, and it was stated that in the last two weeks, issuance certificates containing debt ceilings for 7 companies totaling 200 million euros, 515 million dollars, and 5.7 billion TL have been approved.

The statement added, "Information regarding companies' debt instruments is shared in our Board's weekly bulletins (https://spk.gov.tr/spk-bultenleri/2024-yili-spk-bultenleri) and on our Board's social media accounts (https://x.com/spkgovtr)."
