Car crashes into bridal shop in Ordu to avoid hitting pedestrian

In Fatsa, Ordu, a car driver maneuvered to avoid hitting a pedestrian on the road. As a result of the maneuver, the driver lost control and crashed into a bridal shop. There were no injuries in the accident. The moment of the crash was captured on security cameras.

The accident occurred at 05:15 on Mustafa Kemal Paşa Neighborhood in the district. According to the information obtained, the car with license plate 55 BS 478, driven by Yiğitcan Korkmaz, went out of control after the driver maneuvered because a pedestrian stepped in front of the vehicle. The car, which skidded for a while, crashed into a bridal shop on the street and then swerved back onto the road. While there were no injuries in the accident, property damage occurred at the workplace.

Tuğrul Yümlü, the son of the business owner, said, "The driver noticed the pedestrian at the last moment and maneuvered, crashing into our workplace. Our own vehicle was in front of the shop; the car entered the shop and came back out without even touching it. There is approximately 400 thousand liras worth of damage. Thank God it happened early in the morning and not during business hours."

While the moment of the accident was reflected on security cameras, an investigation into the incident has been launched.
