Car falls down stairwell in Beşiktaş: 3 injured, 1 in critical condition

In Beşiktaş, Istanbul, a car whose driver lost steering control first hit the sidewalk and then flew into a bank's stairwell. Following the accident, 3 people in the car were injured, 1 of them critically.

According to the report by DHA, the accident occurred around 23:45 on Büyükdere Street. According to the information obtained, the car, which was heading in the direction of Maslak, went out of control after the driver lost steering control and hit the sidewalk. The swerving car then flew into a bank's stairwell.

3 PEOPLE INJURED

Following the accident, 3 people in the car were injured, 1 of them critically. Passersby rushed to help while also notifying the fire department, police, and medical teams. Medical teams arriving at the scene provided initial intervention to the injured and transported them to nearby hospitals.

While police teams took precautions on the road to prevent a second accident, fire crews also examined the crashed car for a while. The car involved in the accident was removed from the scene with the help of a tow truck. Police teams have launched an investigation into the accident.
